Ingredients

  • 50 gm Rajma


  • 50 gm Urad dal


  • 50gm green moong dal


  • 50gm chana dal


  • 10gm Ginger


  • 1/2 tsp bay leaf


  • 15gm turmeric powder


  • 15gm garlic


  • 2gm cardamom


  • 3gm cinnamon


  • 1gm clove


  • 5gm cumin


  • 5gm chopped green chili


  • 100gm onion


  • 1/2tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2tsp tomato


  • 70gm cumin powder


  • 1/4tsp garam masala


  • 10gm butter


  • 5ml fresh cream


  • 30ml oil and salt to taste

Directions

  • 1- Soak all the lentil even rigret,. Boiled the lentil ginger,garlic,bay leaf, turmeric powder, cardamom, cinnamon,clove and when dal is well cooked mash it.
  • 2- Put whole cumin in hot oil,
  • 3- Add chopped onion and green chili
  • 4- Add chopped ginger,garlic and saute it till raw smell gone.
  • 5- Add chopped tomato and saute till mash.
  • 6- Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin and coriender powder,
  • 7- Add the cooked dal,
  • 8- Add fresh cream and garam masala,
  • 9- Garnish with fresh cream.
